We focus on a single market: self-storage operators who need turnkey partitions and mezzanines.

What we do

We design, fabricate and assemble:

• partitions: units, corridors, doors and fronts;
• steel mezzanines: a second floor on the same plot, designed to carry partitions.

Fabrication and assembly follow the operator's calendar.

Who we work for

We work only with self-storage operators. We do not rent units to the public. Our goal is to deliver the physical space (partitions, mezzanines and circulation) so that the operator can run the business.

How we work

We follow four steps: study, design, fabrication and assembly. Every request starts with the warehouse floor plan. From it we study density, corridors, access and security. We reply on business days. See the full method.
